Arkanoid – Block Breaker (“the App”) is developed and operated by Saranjith Krishnan (“Developer,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.

Information Collected

The App does not require an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment-card information.

The App uses Mixpanel for analytics and diagnostic purposes. Mixpanel may process:

• App interactions, such as launches, gameplay events, feature usage, and session activity;
• A randomly generated device identifier;
• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, screen size, and network status;
• Crash reports and other diagnostic information; and
• Approximate location, such as country, region, or city, derived from the device’s IP address.

The App does not use this information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

How Information Is Used

Analytics and diagnostic information is used to:

• Understand how players use the App;
• Identify crashes and technical problems;
• Improve gameplay, performance, stability, and features;
• Measure the effectiveness of updates; and
• Prevent misuse and maintain the App’s operation.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases processed through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment processing according to its own terms and privacy practices. I do not receive or store your complete payment-card or banking information. Apple may provide limited transaction information necessary to confirm and restore purchases.

Third-Party Service Provider

The App uses Mixpanel as an analytics service provider. Information sent to Mixpanel is processed according to Mixpanel’s privacy and security practices. Mixpanel’s privacy policy is available at mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Information is not sold to data brokers or shared with third parties for targeted advertising.

Data Retention

Analytics and diagnostic information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to understand App usage, improve the App, resolve technical issues, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may also depend on the settings and policies of Mixpanel and Apple.

Your Choices and Rights

You may stop future collection of App analytics by uninstalling the App. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Because the App does not require an account, it may not always be possible to associate analytics records with a specific individual.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly request names, email addresses, contact details, precise location, or other information directly identifying children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact me at saranjithkrishnan@gmail.com so the matter can be investigated and appropriate action taken.

Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed through the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Processing

Mixpanel or Apple may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, information will be handled using appropriate protections under applicable data-protection laws.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will include a new effective date and will be made available through the App Store listing or another publicly accessible location.
